This site was borne out of a passion to help parents navigate the overwhelming and often confusing digital world our children are growing up in today. The aim is to offer tips and tricks for arming children with the education and tools they need to enjoy technology and online communication.

The author, Joan Goodchild, is a mother and veteran journalist who has been covering security and technology for more than a decade.
